We currently deliver to the Byron Bay region including Byron Bay, Broken Head, Lennox Head, Ballina, Alstonville, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads, Kingscliff.

We now offer the following payment options;

All meals are designed to feed four generously. All meals can be bundled with sides so you have a complete main course, with side dishes and any dressings you require.

Are you like a takeaway place? Can I order and pick up for dinner tonight?
We are not like a takeaway business, instead we aim to provide fresh, locally made, ready-to- heat, serve-and-eat meals which you can order in advance.
We know that ordering in advance isn’t always possible so we’ve partnered with some local retail friends so you can stop in and pick up dinner when you need to.
A limited range of our ‘Heat-and-Eat’ meals are stocked at the following locations;

How fresh are the meals? Who makes the food? Where are the ingredients sourced from?
The majority of our meals are made freshly to order. Our chefs cook from our kitchen in Ballina we source our meat and veggies from local producers and try where possible to use Aussie. We do keep some frozen dishes on hand for last minute orders.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
We have several vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options on our menu, but please send us an email at email@example.com with any questions or special requests, and we can make some recommendations or work with our chef to try to accommodate your requirements. We aim to delight our customers, and we are constantly looking for new ways to improve. So if you have special requirements and any constructive suggestions on how we can accommodate these, we’d love to try to help!
Can I order just alcohol?
No, alcohol can’t be purchased without a food product. Our Liquor License (LIQP770017056) restricts us to delivering alcohol with food. So add an antipasto selection or one of our delicious meals and you’re good to go.
Do you charge delivery?
All orders over $150 are delivered free of charge. For orders under $150, we charge a flat fee of $20.
How often do you deliver?
We deliver seven days a week. Our order cut off is 48 hours but if you miss the window, email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0404 360 166 as we’ll try and accommodate you.
What if I won’t be in during your delivery period window?
If you’ve booked your holiday accommodation through an agent, please let us know so we can arrange to have your meals, nibbles and wine in the fridge and awaiting your arrival. If you have key code access we’ll do the same, or we’ll liaise with you to deliver at a time after you’ve arrived or leave food outside in our chiller boxes.
If you have ordered alcohol with your purchase, legally we need to be able to deliver to a secure location.

Do you cater for large groups?
We sure do, whether you’re looking to dazzle your guests with an intimate dinner party (without the shopping and cooking hassle) or holidaying with a group of friends in and around Byron Bay. Bookings can be made through our website from our standard menu, or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0404 360 166 for a bespoke menu that meets all of your requirements.
I’m searching for the perfect gift for someone – do you do gift vouchers?
We do. If you need to find a thoughtful gift for new parents, moving homes, bereavements or families with loved ones in hospital simply call 0404 360 166 or email us at email@example.com and we will help you to organise something special for them.
What if I’ve made a mistake on my order?
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will adjust it for you if we are ahead of our delivery window, otherwise we will make our best efforts to accommodate your request.
Does pricing include tax?
Prices exclude 10% Goods & Service Tax (GST), this is added at the checkout.
How long will the meals last in the fridge?
Most main dishes will be fresh for at least five days, but most side dishes such as salad and rice will only be fresh for three. If you’re staying for more than four days then we will organise a second delivery so you always have fresh meals.
Can you guarantee what dishes I get?
We make most dishes freshly to order so there may be occasions where we aren’t able to get a key ingredient in time. In those cases we’ll give you a call and let you know what other dishes we have available or what we can make for you.
What if I’m unhappy with the quality or the service?
We pride ourselves on the freshness, quality, generous portions (and of course deliciousness) of our meals and we genuinely want to delight you with the entire Dinner Is Served experience, however we understand that ordering food can occasionally be a disappointing affair so we offer you a money back guarantee. If you’re unhappy in anyway with your meals or our service we will refund you.
What is the meaning of life?
We’re pretty sure it starts and ends with good food, good friends, family and wine. But we’re probably not the best qualified to answer that. Or then again, maybe we are!
