We took our inspiration for these lush Coconut & Lime Tasmanian Salmon Fillets from the beautiful sub tropical Byron Bay climate and they’re perfect for a balmy summer evening meal.
Four individual flash fried Tasmanian salmon fillets delivered ready for you to heat and serve. Top them with the Coconut & Lime salsa, which is a punchy combination of toasted coconut flakes, roasted tomato, capsicums, fresh lime and chilli and serve them with the accompanying roasted sweet potato tabouli salad.
This is such an easy, nourishing meal for you to serve but it isn’t short on flavour or sophistication.
Heating instrusctions – Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place meal tray on a baking tray. Heat in oven for 15- 20 mins until piping hot.
