Slow roasted Bangalow pork belly topped with crispy crackling is served on a bed of heavenly roast garlic and kale mash and accompanied with roasted seasonal veggies and delivered with a sage jus. All you need to do is heat and serve. This is the best of the Northern Rivers produce, delivered to your accommodation fridge.

Heating instructions – Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place meal tray on a baking tray. Heat pork the in the oven for 20- 30 mins until piping hot. Mashed potato can be heated in a saucepan on a low heat or simply microwaved. The seasonal veggies are al dente and need only a couple of minutes in the microwave or heat in them in the oven.
