We’ve slow roasted individual lamb rumps until they’re incredibly tender; cooked with lemons, oregano, rosemary and tomato for an authentic Greek flavour. Served on a bed of kipfler potato and mediterranean vegetables all you need to do is heat and serve with a bottle of wine.


Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place meal tray on a baking tray. Heat in oven for 20- 30 mins until piping hot.

Greek Salad

This classic Greek salad remains one of our most popular. We go easy on the salad leaves and go heavy on firm, fresh tomato, cucumber, red onion, crisp slivers of green capsicum and plenty of Greek feta. Topped with black olives and a dusting of dried oregano to give it that traditional ‘I’m on holiday’ flavour. Perfect as a side to our lamb dishes or just on it’s own as a light lunch or supper.
