Thai Beef Salad

This classic Thai salad is perfect for a summer evening meal in Byron Bay. 800g of Grass fed beef eye fillet marinated in Thai spices is pan seared and thinly sliced. The salad is a fresh, crunchy combination of green paw paw, bean shoots, carrot, capsicum, fresh mint, coriander and chilli’s. We deliver the beef in a separate container to the salad contents allowing you to serve the beef rare or heat for until cooked to your preference. Delivered with an accompanying Namjim dressing of fish sauce, lime juice, chilli (and a few secret ingredients that Chef Jim won’t divulge but it’s delicious).
