Chargrilled Angus Scotch Fillet

We’ve seared these scotch fillets before topping them with café de paris butter so you can heat until cooked to your liking. Served with roasted chat potato, local grilled tomato and pesto mushrooms.
Heating instrusctions – Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place meal tray on a baking tray. Heat in oven for 15- 20 mins for medium or 20 – 30 mins for well done.
