Dauphinoise Potato is the elegant French cousin to the humble potato gratin. Paper-thin slices of potato are seasoned and layered with slices of garlic and gruyere cheese before being soaked in cream. We make these in large trays and bake them until they’re golden and bubbling. Left to cool before being cut into squares of richly decadent potato heaven.

Delivered pre-cut and in an ovenable tray, all you need to do is pre-heat the oven to 160c and heat for 15 – 20 minutes until piping hot. Serve with your choice of main dish and you have the perfect potato side dish for many of our winter warmers.
