We’ve pan-seared seasoned Tasmanian Salmon to lock-in that wonderful flavour and deliver this on a packed salad of caramelised roasted sweet potato, tender snow-pea tendrils, local macadamia and crumbly feta. Accompanied with our house-made lime labna, there’s no heating involved with this dish, simply remove the lid and serve.
