We’ve seared these scotch fillets before topping them with café de paris butter so you can heat until cooked to your liking. Served with roasted chat potato, local grilled tomato and pesto mushrooms.

If you’re going easy on the carbs we can swap out the roasted chat’s for roasted sweet potato, just let us know in the order notes.

Heating instrusctions – Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place meal tray on a baking tray. Heat in oven for 15- 20 mins for medium or 20 – 30 mins for well done.

Local Pumpkin, Macadamia & Rocket Salad

The Northern Rivers is famous for it’s macadamia nuts, and rightly so. This salad combines local pumpkins and sweet potato roasted in olive oil and cumin with fresh peppery baby rocket leaves and topped with roasted and salted macadamias. Delivered with our caramelised balsamic dressing for you to dress, toss and serve. Enjoy as a main dish for two or a side dish for four.
