Chef Jim’s super popular ‘Chicken Bang Bang’. As fun to eat as it is to say (according to my five year old).
Four individual free range chicken breasts are coated in our signature creamy satay ‘Bang Bang’ sauce. Served on a bed of spiced rice with Asian vegetables. We’ve done all the hard work, all you need to do is remove the lid from the tray, heat and serve.
Heating instrusctions – Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place meal tray on a baking tray. Heat in oven for 20- 30 mins until piping hot.
