This is how a chicken and mushroom pie should taste. Pan-seared mushrooms, onions and chunky free-range chicken thighs baked in a creamy white wine and tarragon sauce and folded into a golden puff pastry case. Pre-baked, all you need to do is remove the lid and heat for 20 – 30 minutes.

We deliver this gorgeous pie with Boulangere potato, thinly sliced potato are made into a gratin and baked in stock, thyme until golden and crisp. We cut into squares for you to heat alongside fresh, seasonal vegetables.
