Freshly rolled pasta stuffed with sauteed spinach and goats cheese. Baked in a creamy tomato and basil sauce this is the vegetarian dish that we all want to come home to.

Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place meal tray on a baking tray. Heat in oven for 20- 30 mins until piping hot.

Local Tomato & Bocconcini Salad

This is my husbands favourite salad, we use locally grown baby salad leaves from our friends at Red Earth Farm, they’re beautifully soft and fresh and not bagged and gassed. Tossed through with slivers of red onion, cucumbers, local cherry tomato and half moons of bocconcini. Delivered with our classic vinaigrette for you to dress, toss and serve.
