Our popular Slow roasted Bangalow pork belly has been given a summer lift with our gloriously sticky soy and ginger marinade. Topped with crispy crackling and served with sauteed Asian greens in basil and black pepper sauce and a side of our delicately scented basmati rice.

If you’re looking to impress at home or on holiday without the effort, this is the dish for you. All you need to do is heat and serve. This is the best of the Northern Rivers produce, delivered to your accommodation fridge.

Heating instructions – Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place meal tray on a baking tray. Heat in the oven for 25 – 35 minutes until piping hot.
