If you have just one dish to choose from our menu, make it Chef Jim’s incredible Beef Bourguignon. Long, slow cooking and the right cut of beef always ensures our beef bourguignon is mouth-wateringly tender. This is a simple, yet classic French beef dish from the wine region of Burgundy, cooked in stock and red wine with shallots, bacon, mushroom, carrot, garlic, thyme, tomato puree, parsley, bay leaves and, for something a little different, star anise.

This a beautiful dish which always gets rave reviews. We deliver it with creamy mashed potato and seasonal vegetables and it’s elegant enough for a dinner party or a romantic dinner for two.

Heating Instructions – Empty pouch contents into a saucepan and stir gently over a moderate heat for 7 – 15 minutes until piping hot.
